FiveOcean Computers was founded in 1999 with a single purpose: to help businesses build online presences that actually bring in work. Twenty-seven years later we have delivered more than 5,000 projects for clients in over 12 countries, with a particular focus on Dubai and the wider UAE market.

That longevity matters in this industry. Web agencies open and close constantly, and businesses are routinely left with a website nobody can maintain and no way to reach whoever built it. We have been reachable at the same company for 27 years.

We handle the whole lifecycle of a business website rather than one slice of it. That means a client does not have to coordinate a designer, a developer, a hosting company and an SEO consultant who have never spoken to each other.

How we work

Most failed web projects fail for the same two reasons: the scope was never written down, and the content never arrived. Our process is built around removing both.

1. Scope first. Before any design work we agree what the site must do, how many unique page templates it needs, who writes the copy and who supplies the images. You get that in writing, so there are no mid-project surprises.
2. Design. You see layouts and give feedback before anything is built. Changing a design is cheap; changing a finished build is not.
3. Build. Mobile-first, with the SEO fundamentals handled as part of the work rather than sold as an upgrade: proper heading structure, unique page titles and meta descriptions, a sitemap, and Search Console set up.
4. Launch and handover. You receive your domain, hosting and CMS credentials in writing, plus a walkthrough so your team can make routine edits without going through us.

What we think matters

You own what you pay for. On final payment the website, the domain and all the accounts are yours. We are repeatedly asked to rebuild sites by businesses who discovered they had no access to their own domain or hosting. That is not a position any client of ours should be in.

A website that cannot be found is decoration. There is no point in a beautiful site that Google cannot read. The technical basics are part of the build, not an add-on.

No promises we cannot keep. Nobody can guarantee a Google position, and anyone offering one is selling something else. We will tell you what is realistic and show you the data.

Prices that are explained. Our packages and pricing are published, starting from AED 499, and every quote itemises what is and is not included — including the annual running costs most quotes leave out.

Our office is in Punjab, Pakistan, and we work with clients in Dubai, across the UAE and internationally. Projects run over email, phone and WhatsApp, which is how the large majority of our 5,000+ builds have always been delivered — including for clients we have never met in person.
